		<description>I&#039;ll recycle my still-excellent 1995 car when the gov&#039;t offers me $3500, and not a day sooner or a dollar less. 

Wake up people: the creation of a new car&#039;s steel, glass, fabric, etc creates much more pollution than comes out the exhaust pipe from just keep running the old car a few more years. 

The real solution is that we need modular cars where we can swap old major components with newer ones (like engines).</description>
