Do you know how long they've been composting in other provinces... and lets not forget that its already mandatory in Westmount proper! I love how Tremblay makes it sound like such a hardship! This is an amazing step for Montreal. I am currently composting, the only difference is I pay for it! What else is amazing is how little garbage you actually produce once you start composting its incredible......SO WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR!!! PEOPLE ARE WAITING FOR THIS!!!!!
