		<description>Wow, what a step foward, if Montreal let residents keep chickens. I&#039;d be the first to get some. It&#039;s about time people be able to feed themselves and do what they want in their own yards with out having the city poke their nose in our stuff. Like I paid my taxes, now butt out!</description>
